My Client is a well-established Digital Agency that currently requires an Account Manager to manage and develop key client accounts and manage customer expectations and in-house resources to ensure client requirements are met.
Key parts to the role:
- To develop and maintain strong client relationships, to be the main point of contact for all appointed Clients
- Manage the profitability and projects assigned to you
- To collaborate with the full project team ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Manage full client projects and internal stakeholders, ensuring projects are kept up to date
- To be the point of contact to brief the design and web development teams
- To act as the project lead regarding project reviews
- Perform other duties as required
Ideal Fit
- Relevant experience working at Account Manager level within a Digital Agency or inhouse
- Demonstrable experience in web technologies
- Experience in managing client projects, from brief through to execution and reporting
- Experience of developing effective working relationships internally and externally
- Knowledge of using content management systems
- Strong knowledge and experience of using project management methodologies desirable
- An account manager who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys working across different clients.
- An account manager with interest in technology and have experience using Content Management Systems such as WordPress or Kentico
- Someone who understands that no two days are the same at times working outside of core regular working hours
- Clean drivers licence
