The Client

A leading Independent Foreign Exchange Brokerage situated in leafy Buckinghamshire is looking for two Sales Executives to join their expanding dynamic team.

This is an excellent opportunity to sell and trade your very own clients. Ideally, you will have some experience of business to business preferably within finance sales or within Consultancy services such as property Travel etc. The speed of progression is solely dependent on performance.

The FX Broker-Dealer ( Sales Executive ) will develop a comprehensive knowledge of risk management, technical analysis, fundamental analysis and develop their own bespoke trading /sales strategies.

This would suit an existing Sales Executive to specialise in both sides of the Account Management process.

Upon completion of probation, you can work 1 day from home

Basic Salary Start from : GBP £22,000 - 30,000 DOE plus Uncapped Commission

FX On Target Earnings Within This Role Are:

  • GBP 35-50,000 year one
  • GBP 50-70, 000 years two
  • GBP 70,000 + year three

Duties:

  • Sourcing and generating new business through proactive prospecting and outreach
  • Developing new relationships with new corporate clients
  • Managing business accounts and own Deals
  • Maintaining a focus on goals and results whilst striving to exceed targets
  • Developing a solid understanding of the financial markets and foreign exchange (FX) markets Exhibiting high levels of professionalism when developing new business contacts
  • The opportunity to attend clients both in the UK and Abroad when applicable
  • Attend networking events to source new business and UHNI’s

About You:

  • Have an excellent, consultative telephone voice.
  • Demonstrable commercial Sales experience
  • Interest in and basic knowledge of finance.
  • Have strong B2B sales ability, ideally demonstrated within employment to UK market.
  • Have the determination to succeed within a telesales role. This is a 100% new business position.
