We have an excellent opportunity for a Delegates team leader or current Delegate manager to assist a private owned flourishing Events business that is looking for an enthusiastic, highly ambitious sales leader.

This high growth Client host many exclusive C Level Events across the globe which has experienced exceptional growth and reputation. The client offers excellent training and an unrivalled commission scheme which is exceptional based on the number of sales per month including project end bonus schemes.

Please note - You must have either Delegate Sales experience for consideration.

The successful Delegate or Sponsorship sales candidate will be:

  • Proven within Delegate sales or Sponsorship Sales with a minimum of 2 year’s commercial experience.
  • Money Motivated
  • Self-disciplined
  • Result-driven
  • Team player
  • Win-win attitude
  • Ambitious with the belief they can grow from a self-standing position to managing a small team of Delegate Sales executives.
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience within Delegate or Sponsorship sales with a track record of hitting targets.

You will need to be an excellent communicator with a confident telephone manner.


  • Previous experience in business to business Event sales (Delegate or Sponsorship Sales)
  • Good communicator with an outgoing personality
  • Good timekeeping and organisational skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team and to work as an individual
  • A motivated self-starter who can work with the minimum of supervision
