Due to impressive growth, our client is looking for a designer with a background in Email Marketing.
The clients offers a number of services such as email builds and design, CRM strategy and planning , marketing automation and fully managed campaign services.
As an Email Designer, you will be required to produce best practice email designs for seasonal, promotional, and automated emails within the email tools we use (typically Klaviyo), for a wide variety of different clients and their brands.
Although your main responsibility will be to design emails, as a rapidly growing business we will need you to support with the creation of flows, automations, and campaign emails, growing client accounts and continual development of the departments you work with.
How you will make a difference:
- Design best practice, eye-catching email layouts that lead to higher levels of engagement, increased click-through rates and sales growth
- Research up-to-date and emerging technologies and developments in the design field and implement them where appropriate
- Have a clear understanding when designing for email i.e mobile and desktop
- Build email design templates, create and edit photo files and banners
- Work closely with all clients, and internal Customer Success and Onboarding teams
- Contribute to a positive team environment of collaboration, customer empathy, equality, and inclusion
- Have a clear understanding of client briefs or brand guidelines and action these into deliverable content
Who you are:
- 2+ years of design experience
- 1+ year of email marketing experience
- A thoughtful communicator who is excellent at communicating through a variety of channels that require both written and verbal skills
- A track record for creative problem solving for customers and end users
- Thrives in a collaborative environment
- Excellent organisational and project management skills
- Able to adapt in a quickly changing environment
- Experience with: Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, G-Suite, Google Sheets, PowerPoint
- Experience using email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo and E-Commerce platforms is a plus
