My Client is a leading Forex Exchange brokerage in the City who seek several graduate  sales executives to join a  graduate development program.

The Graduate Account Manager role is for one of the UK’s fastest-growing FX brokerages who are heavily invested and is growing at pace (30-50% year on year) due to client demand and their bespoke service and financial expertise.

Fundamentally, this is an exciting time to join a market leader with an excellent graduate program to those passionate about Sales and Finance markets. 

What is the Client looking for?

A graduate sales executive wants to be challenged, is naturally assertive, intelligent, consultative, curious, and indeed, money orientated. A sales-minded Graduate who, by origin, keeps abreast of  FX market trends. A Graduate who is keen to explore the FX market with the approach to selling them.

Essential parts to the role include:

The FX Sales professional’s role is based on research both online and in trade journals, studying markets, cold and warming sales calls to clients and keeping abreast of the latest currency rates.

The Graduate sales account manager will be working across a number of varied tasks and duties, essentially sourcing potential clients and offering the full range of FX  products & services to developing them to trading clients and finally developing accounts.

  • Prospect calling
  • Researching leads
  • Working closely with the trading teams to support onboarding clients
  • Developing key accounts and new business
  • Studying  Financial markets

Earning potential

The Company’s investment is looking for sales generators who can earn a six-figure salary within 2- 3 years.

Ideal Background

  • A minimum of a 2.2 degree from a university
  • Strong interest in Financial markets
  • Strong negotiation skills with excellent communication skills
  • Confidence, tact and a persuasive manner
  • A proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Solid organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent people skills
  • A professional manner and excellent commercial awareness
  • A graduate who is excited about a Sales career within FX
