My Client is a highly acclaimed award-winning niche tech start-up that seeks a highly driven and energetic Head of Customer Success. The role would involve managing a team of Customer Success Managers remotely while sitting on the leadership team to steer the future direction of the business.

With a bustling list of some of the most recognisable brands as key accounts, you will shape the strategy and direction of the Customer Success function right across the accounts.

Aside from being an expert in Customer Success, the ideal applicant will be someone who has knowledge and experience on how to scale a high touch Customer Success team. Ultimately you are deeply strategic but equally tactical, innovatively finding ways to drive behaviour, customer health and retention metrics. Also commercially minded, proactively finding ways to drive up the annual recurring revenue while confidently navigating complex, large ticket renewals. This is a hands-on people manager role with a nurturing style and a nurturing style and unique ability to pull out individual strengths and steer them in the right direction.

About you

  • A Customer Success leader who is on an upward trajectory who’s hungry for a career-defining position where they can put a lot in and get a lot out
  • Has at least 8+ years experience including 5 years in Customer Success or Account Management related roles, and 2+ years of management experience within a fast-growth B2B, Enterprise or SaaS business
  • Strategic and commercially minded, allowing them to have a powerful contribution to the leadership team
  • Able to manage teams and working relationships cohesively across offices
