Marketing Manager (EVENTS, Conferences, Exhibitions)
Job Description:
We have an exciting opportunity for a hands-on Marketing Manager for a leading, innovative and fast growth Management Consultancy in the City of London to work across a global portfolio of events.
The ideal Marketing Manager must be comfortable using a number of digital and off-line marketing channels, be a self-starter looking to expand their marketing knowledge and take full responsibility for their own work.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Full marketing control, to budget, plan and execute marketing campaigns using Marketing automation /lead gen /digital tools (PPC, adwords) working with media partners.
- To take ownership of all Delegate revenue for the Campaigns/ Portfolio.
- Lead meetings to manage to update and manage the said campaigns.
- Write original copy for emails, promotional material both hard copy and online, landing pages.
- Identifying new ways of promoting the business
- Ad hoc support on Company branding and Consultancy services where required.
- Responsible for budgets and spend
- A marketing manager with a passion for content, industry research and close relationships with the production team to create an engaging speaker programme and creative flair at events
- Event marketing communications to use email and social media team to devise an effective communications plan to create and strategize an effective marketing campaign
- Responsible for email marketing campaigns using lead generation software
Skills
- Excellent project management skills and ability to prioritise
- Commercial awareness
- Experience of b2b Marketing (min 2* years) - Essential*
- Demonstrable experience of development and delivery of successful data-driven Event or B2B project marketing plans
