We have a fabulous opportunity for an Office Administrator to join a rapidly expanding global events business.

 The Clients run events for senior business leaders, principally in B2B sectors undergoing technical and regulatory change. The events take three forms - Live, Virtual and Bespoke and are run in the UK and worldwide.

 To date, due to pressing needs and more business wins, they now have a vacancy for an Office Administrator who will be reporting to the Head of Operations. This is a  busy and expanding office which means there is a constant need for a support service involving administration, data entry, managing supply inventory, creating travel itineraries, organising office supplies etc. There may also be opportunities for providing onsite support at events (often involving travel at short notice).

 This is a highly organised, competent administrator role, someone with a good eye for detail and a problem-solving aptitude. Aside from these characteristics, we need someone with a good basic knowledge of computer programmes (e.g. Microsoft Office), excellent verbal and written communication skills and an ability to learn new IT skills.

In short, you will need to be a highly organised team player with a "can-do" attitude. Experience in a similar role is preferable.
