FX Sales Broker

My rapidly expanding Client operates within the FX and payment solutions space, utilising both a relationship account management service and a technology as a service model. This is a fully authorised payments institution, operating its own banking provisions and liquidity relationships.

After 11 years of nurturing scalable operational strength, the Client is at an exciting growth stage, injecting direct investment into the rapid expansion of headcount, territory, technology and service offering.

The FX payment world is an exciting and fast-paced environment. The Client will achieve growth targets through the strength of existing and new team members. Due to this, they are on the hunt for a number of Sales Brokers to join the brokerage.

Office Environment

  • A small hard-working team of sales brokers, based in the city of London.

The Role

  • Open new client accounts - Via telephone and face to face contact. Use trained skills to maximize your productivity and success ratios.
  • Account Management - To provide ongoing support to our trading clients, providing relevant information, understanding their needs and communicating best practice strategies.
  • Knowledge - Gain an understanding of macroeconomics, currency strategy, communication skills, cross-market product overview and FX business operations.
  • Skills - Constantly looking to improve
  • Client Meetings - To organise and attend meetings onsite, offsite or video conference. Utilizing other team members where relevant to prospect or client needs.
  • Data Management - To collect and maintain relevant and accurate information that reflects client conversation, trading details, requirements, communications and contact information.

About You

  • Ambitious Sales broker looking for a high uncapped six-figure salary 1st yr 40-60k - 2nd yr 60-100k 3rd year 100k-150k

Desirable

University degree

Sales minded Graduate or 6 -24 months previous b2b sales background

Knowledge of the financial markets (FX)

Experience with CRM systems

History of exceeding sales targets using a consultative, solutions-focused approach.

Basic Salaries on offer vary according to experience £25-40k plus a high on a target bonus scheme that could achieve a six-figure salary
