This is a rare opportunity considering the current pandemic to begin an exciting journey with a regulated leader  of Forex services .

My Client is a leading Forex Exchange brokerage in the City who is currently looking for several graduates to join its FX sales training program.

The training will cover all aspects of FX sales (Foreign Exchange) from sourcing potential clients, researching key financial markets, to developing key client relations. This development path could rapidly accelerate based on the individual’s natural instincts to prove and demonstrate effective understanding and be able to take on the key responsibilities of a junior Account Manager.

What the client is looking for?

A Sales Executive who wants to be pushed, someone who is a naturally assertive, intelligent, consultative, curious, and certainly money orientated. A sales minded person by origin who keeps abreast of market trends, someone who takes an active interest in learning about new products and approaches to selling them with a grasp of financial markets.

What is the sales environment like?

It is a fast paced and challenging team environment; it is based on results and those who are not going to commit will be let go. You will be working in conjunction with other members of staff in presenting a professional image in a face to face environment and the training will be class and office based to get used to the sales floor. The role of an FX Sales professional is based on research both online and in trade journals, studying markets, cold and warming sales calls to clients and keeping abreast of the latest currency rates.

If you are not prepared for a sales career on the phone than this is not for you. Senior Account Managers will arrange meetings both onsite and to client premises both in the UK and abroad, but you must demonstrate your effectiveness first.

Typical Hours

7.45pm – 5pm Monday to Thursday - Friday 4pm

Earning potential

The investment of the Company is they are looking for sales generators who can earn a six-figure salary within 2- 3 years.

Ideal Background 

1-2 Years B2B Sales 

 

  • A consistent biller -
  • Consultative 
  • A Sales Executive who targets and wins business with C Level decision makers
  • Used to solution sales 
  • Tech or Finance or Events (Sponsorship/Delegate Sales) or Professional Services background
  • Used to making pitches and cold calling 1-2 hours
