Onboarding Executive - Email Marketing Specialist
We have a truly exciting opportunity for an onboarding executive to join a young but dynamic Email marketing specialist Agency. Although the offices are based near Milton Keynes, this position is open to remote workers. Ideally suiting an onboarding executive who is passionate about providing the best onboarding and support to their global customer accounts.
You will be responsible for the following:
- Setting up of key data structures using email tools ( Klaviyo - preferably)
- Setting automation flows and the warm of IPs
- Problem solving Client issues while finding creative solutions using the Software
- Onboarding new clients
- Address any open issues
- Provide strategic advice and guidance
- Provide Customer support and answer questions for both tech and no tech users via phone and email
- Own customer relationships from completed sale through successful "go live".
- Lead the implementation phase for new customers.
- Onboard new clients so they are set up for success, proactive strategic advice and guidance, respond to client questions in a timely manner, provide email best practices to ensure clients are achieving their initial business goals.
- Proactively review customer dashboards, address any open issues and ensure consistent messaging and appropriate escalation.
- Follow-up on time on all customer questions via phone and email.
- Document troubleshooting and problem resolution steps

- Experience in using CRM / Email Marketing tools ( Essential ) - Klaviyo is highly desirable!
