The Client
Awarding winning FX Brokerage offering who focus on every aspect of foreign exchange risk, specialising in aiding companies with cash flow, risk management, and global market opportunities.
Responsibilities:
The role involves building and expanding a profitable client base while enhancing the market presence. This includes generating new business through leads and referrals, actively promoting our services, and meeting monthly targets.
You must ensure full compliance with HM Revenue & Customs and Money Laundering Regulations for all relevant documents. Additionally, you'll execute currency transactions according to client instructions, providing accurate payment instructions.
Managing ongoing currency needs of clients is also part of your responsibility. This entails generating login details and guiding clients through our online platform. You'll maintain updated client notes in the database, recording all calls, issues, and progress.
Developing a comprehensive understanding of the products and services is crucial, and you'll support junior staff members as needed.
Any client dissatisfaction or risk concerns should be communicated or escalated to your line manager promptly.
Continuous improvement of UK office operations and expanding the client database are key objectives you'll actively pursue.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies.
Collaborate with other team members to achieve trading goals and deliver exceptional service to clients.
Ideal Fit:
Either an FX Sales broker who is looking to be a trader for the first time or existing FX Dealer.
A minimum of 1 years actual FX Sales broker experience
A strong work ethic and a positive attitude towards nurturing key accounts and fostering lasting relationships
