About the Role
The client is expanding their FX sales desk and looking for a driven, energetic Junior FX Broker to join the team. This is a fast‑paced, phone‑focused role where you’ll learn how to build a book of clients, understand FX markets, and convert leads into long‑term relationships.
What You’ll Be Doing

Making outbound sales calls to warm and cold prospects

Building and managing your own client portfolio

Explaining FX products and solutions confidently

Working towards daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs

Supporting senior brokers and learning the full FX sales cycle

Maintaining accurate CRM records and follow‑ups

Commercial mindset — comfortable speaking with business owners

Ideally local to Brentwood / Essex / East London

Previous sales experience is beneficial but not essential
